The amazing part was that I was able to simply reattach those database mdfs, ndfs and ldfs and it worked like a charm.

The steps were to simply create the databases with the same physical names, stop the services, then overwrite the empty mdfs, ndfs and ldfs with the original ones and started up the service and everything was there.
