I have found the deleted folder 'Act' with the full roll-back history of the original file from 30 Jan back to Day 1, so it is all there, just that it is now in 2 chunks of history before and after the re-name of the folder. At least I am now aware of the cause and solution. Many thanks to all. If UK law allows that then UK law has been hijacked by the corporations.
