My Tweakui is the same way as Boppy's. The shortcut in the start menu always loses the exe. In fact, in the end I just deleted the folder for it in the start menu. I've never figured out what causes this though. If I show it where it the exe is it seems to be good for a while and then a few days later it's messed up again. Odd but that's the way it is.
